By joining the Serenity Truffle Dog Group, you agree to the following:

Membership & Payments

• Membership is billed monthly via subscription
• Payments are processed automatically each billing cycle
• If a payment fails, access may be paused until resolved

Cancellations

• You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing jess@serenityscentwork.com.au 
• Access will continue until the end of your current billing period

Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once processed

What’s Included

• Monthly Zoom sessions (recorded)
• Weekly office hours
• Video feedback on training
• Access to the private Facebook group
• Priority booking for in-person services

 

Support & Access

• Support is provided within reasonable limits
• Response times may vary depending on workload
